FAQ

1. Lab dips
Buyers offer color cuttings or color codes like Pantone, which usually takes about 4-6 days to make the lab dips.

2. Strike off sample
Buyer gives the pattern sample cutting or offers the design artwork on paper or in a digital file like Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, etc.( the resolution of the digital picture is better no less than 300 dpi), usually needs to take about 6-10 days to make the strike off sample.

3. Hand loom sample
The buyer gives the quality sample and pattern design artwork, usually takes about 7-14 days to make the hand-loomed samples.

4. Small sample
Generally, buyer need 5-10 meters or more of the actual fabric to make the correct cloth samples, we must proceed with the bulk production to get the sample, so its cost is high normally and take more time, the delivery time depends on what kind of fabric is, need to discuss with our sale person for more details before booking.

5. Bulk production time
Depending on what kind of quality fabric is, pls talk with our salesperson for more details.

6. Payment term
Generally, T/T and LC are the best way to work for us, for another payment term, pls talk with our sale person for more details

7. Sample charge and freight
Most of the available samples within 1 meter are free, buyers can get them easily and just take the freight by themselves usually, for other special customized samples pls contact our salesperson if needed.

8. MOQ
MOQ is flexible, depending on what kind of fabric is, generally, the digital print fabric can take 1 meter to work, the screen print fabric takes 1500 meters to work, the solid fabric takes 1000 meters per color to work, and most of items under MOQ are workable too but just take more surcharge, for more details pls contact with our sale person.
